She's the spare, the extra, the unwanted. 
The thrown-aside twin of the Heir. 

She wasn't meant to be born.
She was weak, vulnerable, emotional.

It made so much sense for her to turn.
It made sense for her to run. 

Running gave you a semblance of control, of domination over your life. Running gave you freedom. Running made you seem like you had some sort of power, and she needed that feeling, if only for a second.

But what she didn't know was that once she ran, she'd never find her way back home again. 

5 years since Aria Al-Ghul Wayne disappeared without a trace, gone since the night she ran out of the Manor in frustration. The Batfam are torn but still going on by, every little thing reminding them of the one they couldn't save, the one that got what she didn't deserve.  The five year case drags on into a reluctant close by the police, but the Batfam still wait with the light on every night, hoping that somehow, someway, their little Aria finds her way back home again.

All of a sudden, they find themselves fighting for their lives against a new, bloodthirsty villain hellbent on tearing them apart. An unknown villain, taking rise in Gotham City, more terrifying than ever before. They know they have to take them down before anything more happens to their family. Before they break apart again.

But this time,  when the truth is finally revealed, the evil wears a familiar face.

However as she searches for her brother, she gains the attention of a certain Bird and that bird is Dick Grayson. Will Shivani share the same feelings or is Dick destined to be alone. So when they do, it's sooner than expected, and the Batfamily is shell-shocked and amazed. Sevanna, the drunk yard, the hobo, the failure, was actually a badass, crime-fighting fed? She soon teams up with the Batfamily to take down a ruthless triad that is hellbent on nuking the world's major cities- Gotham being one of them. And so, the Batfamily start taking a new path to rediscovering their little Batsis. A force of powerful beings that there are only mere whispers of. The heroes of Gotham can't hope to beat them alone, but thank fully every villian comes with a hero. Now the bats will enter a world so familiar to theirs, yet so different. Are they ready to meet the enemy of their new enemy? Is Gotham ready for a new type of war? Is the fate of the Bat family going to rest in the hands of a simple black armoured girl with far too many secrets? Can she even help, she just left a bloody battlefield. Some would say she's too broken to enter another. Can the bats, birds, hood, and this new figure defeat Talia and her allies? This summary sucks. My book isn't all that awsome either, so I'm sorry. I think it was going good in the beginning, but the plot just fell apart, I'm sorry. But if you still try and read it, thanks. Also the chapters are about medium lengths, definently not super short though. Through the portal closest to them, the boys can see grass and park benches where concrete and pavement should be. She jumps through and as she does, the portal in front of them collapses. Off in the distance, where the park is, Tim can see her running away, dark hair flying in the wind. "Real smooth Drake." Damian says, striding towards me. "Should've asked for her number while you were at it." --- "Phantom? That's the name you're going with?" "It's a hell of a lot cooler than Robin." She snaps back at him. "Robin was not a name that I..." Tim grabs Damian by his cape as he marches toward her. "Be nice to the guests Damian." Alfred says in a tired voice, interrupting Damian's rant. "Bite me." He snarls at Ria. --- Dabria Tran has lived in Gotham City her whole life. First as a nurtured, well looked after baby, then as an orphaned, forgotten child and now as a desperate, impulsive teenager. At the ripe age of eighteen, Ria is on the streets, fending for herself and dealing with powers she can barely control. It is while on patrol that Tim Drake and Damian Wayne spot this camouflaged girl of the night and try to stop her as she breaks into a local convenience store, not to steal the cash but the food. After obsessively tracking her for a week, Tim finally catches up with her, finding her holed up in an abandoned building with another younger girl she is trying to care for. Bruce Wayne doesn't hesitate to take them in, but Ria's mistrust of them leads to tension in the house. Her powers are dangerous, volatile and no matter how hard Tim tries, he can't get her to open up to him. As Ria's shadowed past slowly catches up with her, the Bat Family finally realizes that they have no idea what kind of forces they're dealing with.
