Dipper Pines is a normal boy. A perfect boy at that. Perfect grades. Perfect family. Perfect... everything. That's what everybody else sees. That's what everybody else hears and he can't blame them, after all his lies he has told, even he doesn't even know what to believe. He told himself so many times that he was fine that he didn't even know anymore.
So one day he had enough. It was just too much, he wanted it to just end. But as he arrives at the rooftop he meets some people...

This is based on the song My R (go listen to it if you want to understand). This book is basically the story version of My R. This is not 100% precise of the song since I needed to change some things for the sake of the story.
This is an au where Bill is human and Dipper and Mabel go to high school etc. And also Gravity Falls is a normal town, a bit bigger but small enough not to be called a city. So that also means Ford is living together with Stan and such.
The twins didn't visited the town when they were twelve for the summer but when they were seven and they don't remember much.
