Set upon a sub-urban community on Oklahoma City, where magic is quite an influence on human, even their government. There, in a small village known to be, The Green Village, lived Samuel Orion and his father, Michael Orion. Eventually, according to magical law, no children with special identities shall be treated savagely from ages 5 to 18, Furthermore, the victim shall stay on Locksworth University of Finest Sorcerers and will be studying for three years.

Apparently, Firgmore, as feared to happen, cast out a huge quantity of LAW BREAKERS, a group of lunatic parents, like Samuel's father, which doesn't agree upon the law of magic. What would happen on this rise? Will children like Samuel live? Or another great war shall come forth ending a thousand life's? So does this story continues...
