During the Clone Wars Aalya Secura, Ahsoka Tano and Captain Rexs along with the other Clone Troppers came to pick up Republic Commandos but however a surprise came out of nowhere. During the battle there hyberdrive accidentally trigger and lunch to a new system. There they came upon a new planet who will change the event of the war.

Their mission is to retrieve stolen DNA samples from the Clone facilities on Kamino, with the separatists on the planet led by Admiral Tonkin, seeking to create a virus with the potential to wipe out the entire clone army and provide a swift and insurmountable defeat to the Republic! With the Separatists first target being Naboo, The Republic has sent their own Senator Padmè Amidala to try to convince The Separatists leaders to not use Naboo.
