Neither death nor success would he gain if he followed the path of Acton's character. And he was fine with that. He wasn't afraid to live his new life, hoping to fulfill his desires along the way. As long as he could survive he was fine with what life he was going to live.
But that thorny yet livable path had twisted and led to something unknown even to him.
