It's the week before Christmas and with the BAU's busy schedule, JJ didn't have time to buy gifts for the team. So on her only day off before Christmas, she takes the girls to shop and have some fun, only to be lonely on Christmas in the long run. Or so she thought.
And as an early unplanned "gift" for Ambassador Prentiss, Emily comes out unexpectedly and the reaction she got was not what she expected. She still had a family dinner with just her and her mom and couldn't cancel, so she had to go find an actual gift for her mom for Christmas. And as she thought she was only getting one gift for her mom, she got one for herself, but she didn't know it at the time.
