What if the Spencer Reid that the team knew wasn't the real Spencer Reid? What if there was a Spencer that nobody would even imagine when they looked at him, a Spencer that only came out around one girl?



Spencer Reid was a child prodigy who had been bullied his whole life, but what would you expect when you started high school at 8 and graduate at 12. When he got to Caltech he hoped that everything would be better and he had no idea how right he was. His first day of school he met her. The most beautiful girl he had ever seen. The most beautiful girl anyone had ever seen.

They quickly become friends and she unlocks a side of him he never would have guessed existed. A side that scared him but exhilarated him all at once and the best part is that she's just as smart as him, maybe even smarter. Spencer can't believe his luck...until it all fell apart. 



6 years later he is going on his second year of working for the BAU and had almost forgotten his old friend. Or at least he had convinced himself he had until she waltzes in as the newest member of the BAU on his 24 birthday. Now, Spencer has no idea how to handle seeing the person he had once cared about more than anything who had abandoned him. 

How will he react? Why did she leave? What exactly happened between the two?



And the Story of Us looks a lot like a tragedy now- Taylor Swift

This story will begin in Season one and will feature some plot line and cases from the show. It is a slow burn Spencer Reid fic that will be part of a series. This story also will contain some Smut so read at your own discretion.All Rights Reserved
