Clementine Baker is a foster child on her way to her new home. She's lived a pretty rough life and has tried to give up many times, but some how fought through the urge. At her new, so called home, she meets Jalacia, her foster mom along with Jemma and Nolan, her foster brother and sister. She's also introduced to a new school, new friends, and maybe even a love interest?

She soon gets diagnosed with a disease, that she can either live from, or die from. Will she be able to survive? Will her love for someone get in the way?

Or will her whole world come back to crush her?
