The Light

Many families were torn apart as a result of the First Wizarding War. Mira's was no exception, with her mother dead, and she barely two years old, her father felt it would be safer leaving her in the care of a loving family who he felt would be able to protect her better than he could. And there she stayed for years to come. She was a Weasley at heart, loved by the parents who raised her and the brothers and sister she grew up with. Hogwarts was a new adventure, and with it came new friends, new challenges, new dangers, new family, and new love.
Mira's journey is not easy, but then again growing up isn't easy, especially when the Dark Lord rises again, and this time the boy who has her heart is on the other side. How will this play out? How many people will she lose this time? Will she be able to find the light in the darkness?
