Malarie (Mal) is a 21 year old, city raised woman who works at a Waffle House in central California who so desperately wants to live in a small town. She is an early gen Z and feels like she doesn't fit in with her surroundings, she would love to just live in a small town owning a small library. That is what she wants. She is sure of it.. But what happens when a young fella named Harry from the small town of Holmes Chapel Cheshire moves to California to make a name for himself, enters her life?
Also!! There won't be a lot of smut here... only where it needs to be, if you want smut there are plenty of books out there. I will also put an * in the chapter title to indicate where there is smut. Other than that it is just a wholesome story with twists and turns and ups and downs :) anyway..Xx

@Lily_pad6472 asked me to write a story where Harry and Louis both are single parents and neighbors. After his wife passed away Louis took his three kids and moved to London to get away. One day he gets a new neighbor, someone with a baby who cries nonstop. He can't have that. The paper-thin walls make it hard for his kids to sleep when that baby won't stop crying. Harry & Louis live in the same city but they don't know each other yet. They meet when they are thrown together to car pool to Brighton and they argue the whole time. A few years later they run into each other and both are just ending relationships. Matt, Harry's boyfriend, breaks up with Harry eventually which upsets him a lot. Louis wants to help the boy so he suggests to go on double dates with other people, but the dates don't work out. One day Harry is very upset over his ex-boyfriend getting married and Louis ends in bed with Harry. Harry has realized he's in love with Louis and tells him but Louis freaks out and acts like it means nothing. Harry is hurt and they lose contact. After weeks, Louis randomly meets Harry in the streets of London and tries to maintain their friendship but Harry refuses. Louis pretends that he doesn't care although he slowly realizes how much Harry means to him. Harry is 20, Louis 22 ♥ I wrote this for Larryhasmyheart on ao3. We met each other on tumblr because we participated in two seperate fic exchanges but didn't get a fic back.
