Once your 18th birthday hits, you're expected to go and visit the Seeker's Office to receive your dream charm. Your dream charm directs you to your soulmates dream, and allows you to directly meet your soulmate through their dreams. Without a dream charm, you are stuck in your own dream. But what if one doesn't dream?
