"Look Ben, I appreciate your concern. But you're bringing too much attention towards me, and that's the last thing I want or need." I mumble.

Feeling his presence closer than before I look up and see him stalking towards me.

I walk backward trying to get away from him but I hit a wall.

When he's finally in front of me he cups my face in his hands and whispers, "Iris, let me help you, I see you hurting inside and it breaks me that I don't know what to do to fix it."

As I look into his eyes I see nothing but sincerity in them and I feel my eyes fill with tears.

He sees this, kisses my forehead, and pulls me close whispering nothing but sweetness to me.

"Also, don't worry about everyone else sunshine. As long as I'm in this world they won't bother you. No, actually even if I'm not in this world, I will haunt them if they bother you in any way." he mumbles into my head.

I laugh into his shirt. He can be so ridiculous sometimes.
