Life was a thing most precious to Alishia Burnes.

She knew how fragile and delicate it was, and how in less than a blink of an eye, it can disappear or fade away.

She believed that the most effective way to preserve it was to avoid taking risks.

"Risks endanger lives" was a mantra, that she would repeat to herself every day.

It was the exact opposite for Christian O'Neil. He believed life had no value if it was not full of taken risks.

He was a friend of threats and risks. He loved the thrill of the chase and what he chased after were danger and excitement.

But can Alishia ever learn that sometimes it is okay to take risks?

Will Christian ever see that life does not have to be lived on the edge to be fulfilling.

"Why do you keep foolishly putting your damn life in danger, you must tell me because I can fathom a logical explanation as to why." She whispered breathlessly, anger shone in her coffee brown eyes as she glared at him.

"My explanation is not in any way logical my darling. Danger is illogical as well as fun- that is my explanation" He replied smoothly and smirked.
