Two best friends, Charlene and Sam move to California at age 18 to start a new life. When they arrive in California, they are jobless and homeless.  They searched for jobs and finally saved up enough money to buy an apartment. Charlene saves her money for her surgery. Once she has the surgery, she is no longer Charlene. She is now Charles Gibson.  The operation was a success and Charles feels like a new man. One day, Charles meets a woman and the pair begin chatting like old friends. Charles begins dating her and her name is Brenda. They've dated for about a year and Charles proposes to her. They get married and have a baby together. Everything's perfect until one day Brenda asks for Charles' baby pictures, but Charles refuses to do so. When Brenda finds Charles' baby pictures, she also finds something shocking.  What will happen once his secret is out?

Now that Brenda knows Charles's secret, she gets upset and throws him out of the house. Charles goes back to live with Sam. He apologizes to Brenda but She can't forgive him yet. So Sam invites Morgan to her apartment to check up on Charles. When she arrives, she noticed that he is drunk, she uses this opportunity to take advantage of Charles. The next day, Charles begs Brenda to forgive him and she takes him back. Two days later, Morgan shows up at Charles' s Shop and reveals to him that she's pregnant. Charles now realizes that Morgan is very obsessive and may be dangerous. She disappears for six months and leaves a note behind. Charles finds the note and is afraid of what might happen next. Sam arranges a meeting with an old friend to find out more about Morgan's past.  He finds something shocking online and from old friends. Charles now realizes that he and his family are in danger and Charles will do whatever it takes to protect his family. So he comes up a plan that will put Morgan in jail for life. Will it backfire or will it go as planned?
