When faced with an impossible dream, people are brought to the limit of their hope. When faced with endless possibilities, people will always take the one that lets them do what they want to do. Izuku Midoriya didn't wish to live in a world that stomped on his dream, and Izuku Chaotix runs through that same world with an impossible dream that he will achieve without anyone stopping him. In this timeline, Izuku Midoriya was born with the Gum Gum quirk, which allows him to stretch and blow up his body at will. In the beginning, he thinks it's useless until he reads a manga called Two Piece. When he read it, he realised that the main character had a similar power to him and then drew inspiration from it. Unfortunately, the mangaka had to put the book on hold due to it not selling but little did he know, he gave the future number one hero inspiration.
