When faced with an impossible dream, people are brought to the limit of their hope. When faced with endless possibilities, people will always take the one that lets them do what they want to do. Izuku Midoriya didn't wish to live in a world that stomped on his dream, and Izuku Chaotix runs through that same world with an impossible dream that he will achieve without anyone stopping him.

In the beginning, he thinks it's useless until he reads a manga called Two Piece. When he read it, he realised that the main character had a similar power to him and then drew inspiration from it. Unfortunately, the mangaka had to put the book on hold due to it not selling but little did he know, he gave the future number one hero inspiration. Izuku Midoriya, after years of bullying from his peers and familial issues, became quite jaded and closed off as a person. His nature was only intensified thanks to what he inherited from his estranged parents: A stupidly huge house with more space than he'll ever need, more money than he could ever spend in multiple lifetimes, and virtually unmatched scientific genius. It was a lonely life he lived, but he liked his machines and creations more than other people, and he doubts that would ever change. That was until a small child in need of a hero bumped into his life and changed everything.
