Echoes Call

The gods have existed for centuries. Their influence on the world has remained strong throughout the centuries. But now, there is a threat they have never faced. A threat they cannot fight. In a last attempt to save the world, they gift their powers to seven mortals in the hope that they can do what the Olympians can not.

Kate has been trying for weeks to get her companions motivated about saving the world. When they suddenly admit they want to quit, Kate tries to draw them back in the only way she knows how.

Violet is at her last straw. The world is dissolving in front of her, and her best friend is suddenly growing distant. While she tries to give up on the world, a friend decides to take things too far.

Noah has been struggling. As the facade of positivity he's tried to build around himself begins to dissolve, he attempts to build another wall. People can destroy him, and he's the only one that knows that.

Lelah has been having strange dreams. A dark figure tells her that it's coming for the world, and most of all, her. While she tries to figure out what all this means, that thing is closing in.

Jay is a slave to duty. He's been working too hard at what he thinks is his battle to fight, and eventually, it's going to all implode on him.

Sarafina is scared. This thing, whatever it is, wants to rule the world. She feels she's the only one that knows it will stop at nothing, and it will probably win.

Samantha has pushed herself almost over the edge. As the battle to let the gods know that they are not invincible, that they need to step aside and let the mortals stop whatever this is because she knows they are the only ones that can.

The seven of them are chosen for a quest to save the world, but the responsibility might be too much.
