" Aiden I need to tell you something," Lian panted his green eyes meeting blue ones.
" Go on," Aiden said raising a brow. A look of guilt painted Lian's face as he stared at Aiden.
" After tonight we can't do this anymore, we should just go back to the way we were before, you know the normal us,"Lian sighed. A pit formed in Aiden's stomach. He knew this would have to end someday, but he had hoped it wouldn't have been so soon. They had only been engaging in this kind of activity for the past two months, and Aiden allowed it to happen because it allowed him to get closer to the person he loved the most.
" You found someone you like didn't you," Aiden responded trying to hide the disappointment in his voice.
" I did and that's why we can't continue this," Lian confirmed.
" That's good for you, I hope she makes you happy," Aiden replied his heart starting to ache.
" With that being said we can go back to normal tomorrow, but you're going to have to take responsibility for tonight, I'm already exited," Aiden laughed trying to lighten the mood, and somehow pacify his hurting heart.
