Loud cries were heard through the silent village, as dawn slowly kissed the sky. A life had began of a little girl that will bring honor and rewrite history. Beautiful ocean-like eyes blinked for the first time, she was truly the most beautiful baby to ever be born. The mother was exhausted, but the pain she experienced was no comparison. As the baby drew its first breath, the mother drew her last. The curse had settled upon halfway, but how was the girl the most beautiful creature to be?
The curse had settled in a different way. The girl was half human and half dragon. She turns into a creature she can not control and born of black magic, which it is the only thing that she will fear.
Follow the life of a girl that was born into a noble and soon-to-be broken family, learning to control magic, her journey to Camelot, and finding her brother once again.
This is a story of the young girl that will rewrite history, her name: Madelyn.

I miss me
They try to run but there's no time. We try to hide but there's No TIME. when I was a kid, I tried to learn all I could but now I wish I could lose it all. <TW: As I lay here choking on my blood I stare at the heavens and ask for one last ray to see me off. As the rain washes my blood along the earth, being soaked in by the hungry land. That day something was different, something changed in me. A new light shines deep within me, my torso once in two now slowly becoming one as black tar slowly stitched me back together. The greedy land soaks up my blood, now not a drop lies in my body but the gods are ready as the earth slowly starts to reach for me taking me to its restless lands replacing my blood with tar. ^ This fic is a combination of a BBC's Merlin set in the future/ current times but it's more of an Adjacent timeline to ours, OC insert, and a bit of Arthurian myth set in the modern day. I hesitate. Why did I have this strange feeling? This strange aura behind the door. It wasn't like a threatening kind of feeling. But it was strange. Like if I opened this door, it would change my life forever. I hear a knock again. I shake my head from these feelings and thoughts. I then open it and look down to see a young child with a hood on. "Hello? Did you need something?" I ask. The child looks up and takes her hood off, revealing her long, black hair. The young girl looks up at me, showing her blue eyes. Who I didn't even know existed until now, is standing right in front of me. Will be responsible for the fall of Camelot. The beginning of Morgana's rule.
