ValvesOnly is a prestigious organization that is relatively engaged in the wide range of Alloy 20 Valves in Canada. The Alloy 20 Valve is an austenitic stainless-steel valve developed for applications involves the highly concentrated acids such as Sulfuric Acid.

The Alloy 20 resists pitting and chloride ion corrosion, it is better than the 304 stainless steel and on par with 316L stainless steel. The copper content in the Alloy 20 valve protects it from Sulfuric Acid.

ValvesOnly manufactures the Alloy 20 valve material with a nickel-iron-chromium based, austenitic alloy with an excellent corrosion resistance in chemical environments containing sulfuric acid and many other aggressive media in Canada. This alloy is stabilized with niobium to resist intergranular corrosion. Alloy 20 may provide potential cost savings when carefully compared to higher nickel-based alloys, while out performing standard stainless steels.

Alloy 20 Valve is used in a variety of industries, such as chemical processing, petrochemical and refining, marine, pharmaceutical and food processing industries. Th End use applications include storage tanks, mixing tanks, agitators, pump and valve parts, food processing equipment, fasteners and fittings. Applications are limited to a maximum temperature of 1000°F It is also important to determine if the necessary corrosion resistance can be achieved within the present environment.
