George is a very bright individual who never let anything stop him. Although he wasn't what you would call 'normal' depending on what you believe normal even is. His father was a scientist, a great one even but one day he went mad. A new project was created. Project 404. George was experimented so much like nothing before. Panic
Life is going fine for George until he starts feeling... weird. Everytime he talks to Dream, he gets butterflies- Yearning for the joyful sound of Dreams laugh- But, panic starts to set in. Their only best friends, right? George doesn't want anything more, at least he doesn't think. Fearing that these stupid feelings will ruin evrything, George decideds to take a break from the internet. Things in his life change. He loses his apatite. He loses sleep. And, hes losing his connection with Dream. Yet hes still panicking. As he starts to fall into a deep state of depression, he hears a knock at his door. "Who could that be" George groans as he walks across the cold, hard floor to the door. As he twists the handle, it creaks. Shock freezes his whole body. "Dream?!" Clay had been closeted all his life and planned for it to remain that way. But, with having homophobic parents it was seemingly impossible to ever find the happiness he longed for. After being outed to the only people he now disliked the most, his parents react worse than expected and Clay falls into a pit of loneliness when he gets sent to conversion therapy to "turn him straight again". George had homophobic parents too and goes through the same. When times are at its worst somehow these two meet each other and now they are isolated from reality in the therapy school. this story is inspired by the song memories by conan gray :) it's basically just the song but dnf yk maybe gonna be painful- so dream and george have their history they used to be best friends they knew eachother since they were 5 but dream always had some sorts of feelings for george and so did he, as they got older they realised they could be more then friends and after almost a year of a happy healthy relationship george decided to break all the trust dream had in him with just one cruel decision and they broke up. even after almost 2 years after the break up happend dream couldn't stop loving him and he hated himself even more for it. so whats gonna happen when george suddenly comes back in his life? did he change? is it going to be just like before, can dream ever trust him again? possible tw: drug use, mentions of drug use, alcohol, suicide attempt, mention of suicide, selfharm, abuse, mentions of selfharm it's mostly just gonna be dreams pov but like third person :)Complete
