Izuku Midoriya was a quirkless boy, until he went to the Yaoyarozu Institute of Science. On that day, he was bit by a spider that gave himself quirks similar to a spider. He can shoot webs, climb walls, and do whatever a spider does.

If you are quirkless, you will not only be treated very badly, but in some cases also hunted. Because of the blood. People with quirks have problems getting a blood donation. Someone with an animal quirk cannot donate or get any blood from another animal quirk that is not the same species or another quirk . A person with a fire quirk can only get or give blood from someone with a fire quirk. Blood loss is very dangerous only a quirkless person can donate blood to everyone and become blood from everyone. Thanks to a tragic and very bloody night, he was left with nothing then his own memories of a happy past and his quirk to protect himself. Years pass, and the little green bean learned to trust no one but himself. If one was to ask him what was his quirk, he would say he was quirkless. It was only a protection measurement he found out to be necessary. After all, a quirkless life was better than a life in a laboratory. One day he was fortunately enough to meet the number 1 hero and could finally ask him the question of his life.
