so every time I feel upset or uncomfortable or feeling like to day is the end I am going to make a letter and if one day I stop then that means I did it I left this hell we call life. I will also be putting quotes and poems for this story.

30 Day Letter Challenge
I know people did this ages ago but I'm doing it now :) Basically, on every day of January, I am going to write a letter to a person in my life. The Knives of My Mind
I'm recently writing a book and to start out, I'm trying out my reach through a favorite app of mine. The title will be the same but I just want to get some reach. This is a book I've composed over the course of me going through my feelings, my grueling healing process and the depressive emotions I've went through before I started healing.
