Growing up I was always obsessed with snakes, they fascinated me. My parents however had a different mindset towards snakes. In the world of magic snakes were associated with he-who-shall -not-be-named, and the Hogwarts house he came from, Slytherin.
Coming from family full of Ravenclaw's the pressure to get sorted into ravenclaw claw was extreme.
