First story of the series of "Bat Boy Wonder".
"Reaching her side he stopped abruptly, gaping the tiny baby that was resting peacefully in her arms. Offering the child to Bruce, Diana smirked at his dumbstruck expression. Bruce held and studied the tiny human. With a small head of ebony hair messily contrasting the child's red blanket, Bruce had no trouble guessing the child's mother.
Hearing a small giggle coming from his arms, Bruce looked down. Bright cerulean eyes stared back up at him. The exact same color eyes Bruce's mother had. The same shade of blue that Bruce saw in the mirror."
Wonder Woman and Batman had been dating - or rather seeing - eachother for sometime.
That was until Diana left.
She left with the reasoning of helping her people, but a year later Bruce found out that it was the other way around as her people helped her through her problem. Her pregnancy.
It is the story of Richard Thomas Wayne as he goes through childhood and grows up.

"Jesus Christ..." he muttered, swallowing hard. He reached out tentatively, his gloved fingers brushing against the infant's cheek. It was ice-cold. The baby's chest rose and fell faintly, each breath a Herculean effort. Beneath the child, the tarp was damp-not with water, but something metallic-smelling and sticky. Blood? Ramirez's stomach twisted. "Dispatch," he whispered hoarsely into his radio, forcing his voice steady. "Officer Ramirez, 9th and Mercer. I need an ambulance. I found an infant. Abandoned. Possible injury." . . "They found a baby in Gotham," Bruce finally said. "Abandoned in an alley. They ran a DNA test... and it matched you." Dick froze, the world around him suddenly quiet, as if the city itself held its breath. "What?" he said sharply, disbelief washing over him. "That's impossible."

Nico had two goals when he moved to Gotham #1- help new demigods get to Camp #2- don't meet the Waynes He didn't have anything against the family, how could he when he was only told about them the day before he moved, but he had heard about the serial adoption of black haired kids. He already had a strained relationship with his father, he didn't need a second one. -------- As Nico sat in the park with the random boys he befriended, he finally felt normal. They didn't know who his father was; hell, they thought his father was dead. He was quite literally the most free he had been since Italy and even then, it was under Mussolini at the time so that was a bit of a stretch. The calm seemed universal throughout the group until Tim's phone rang. "Oh shit, it's Bruce." Immediately all of them were on alert scanning the surrounding area while Tim talked on the phone, panic in his eyes. "He was on the other side of the park for a walk between meetings and saw a picture of us walking in the park online," Tim said as soon as he hung up. "Wait wait wait" Nico said as Jason looked like he was preparing to literally throw him into the tree. "Bruce as in Bruce Wayne? You're the Wayne's?! And why are you acting like he's gonna shoot me on sight?" "He's gonna shoot adoption papers at you." Damian mumbled, once again begrudgingly reviving a high five from Tim and Dick. Jason just rolled his eyes as he made his hands a step for Nico to get in the tree. "Yes we're the Wayne's. How do you know of us, but not have a clue what we look like?" Nico climbed onto the lowest branch that was a good six feet off the ground. That's when she met Batman, and Red Robin, and Red Hood, And Nightwing. They saved her, they notice that she shouldn't be in Juvi, so they bring her to an orphanage.
