Toshinori Yagi and his wife Inko Yagi both are Pro Heroes. Toshinori is the #1 hero All Might and Inko is the #4 hero Telek. During their lives, they discovered that Inko was pregnant with a child. This child is Izuku Yagi. However, fate was not going to be kind to Izuku Yagi. His parents loved him but they failed to show it since they were never around. Instead, they placed more importance on keeping the peace in Japan and the world than their own quirkless son. 

They would come to regret their actions for years and would find Izuku once again but the relationship is far too strained when they find him.  Can the Yagi's reconnect as a family or will Izuku Uchiha have become too closed off and cold towards ideals like family and love. Let us see as Izuku goes through his childhood and escapes from the abuse he suffers from others and his forgetful parents.
