[Crystal Gem AU]
Spinel has been feeling a tad lonely lately, her honey bun of a best friend has been leaving a lot lately and for the better; Steven has took the path of going to college! No doubt the Crystal Gems are proud but I mean Spinel knew the Young Diamond since birth but when he does return, Steven seems more...hot...and cute...and masculine...UGH!

Steven Universe: The Movie, Steven Universe x Fem!reader (UNDER REVISION)
𝗔 𝗻𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗹 𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝗕𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆... 𝗼𝗿 𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘁? Welcome to my fanfiction of Steven Universe: The Movie. The movie was released in 2019, and I wrote this story in 2022. Since then, I've been revising it, as my previous version had a lot of flaws - so please enjoy! 𝗗𝗜𝗦𝗖𝗟𝗔𝗜𝗠𝗘𝗥! Steven Universe and all its characters belong to Rebecca Sugar and its respective owners - I claim no ownership over any of it. This is a reader-insert story set during the events of Steven Universe: The Movie. The core plot follows the film, but I've added a reader-insert character and original scenes throughout to weave her into the story as it happens. Please don't repost or copy this work elsewhere. If I find it's been taken without permission, I'll be requesting it be taken down. The watermark on the cover exists only to mark this particular telling as mine - it isn't a claim over the original film, its characters, or its events.

"I promised them..I'd protect her! That'll be there for her always! I promised her everything will be okay! I already broke promises in the past..Im not breaking anymore now! So get the fuck of this planet! And away from my precious spinel!" Y/n spat swinging the rejuvenator. "Y/n! Stop! You're hurting yourself! No Jasper! Let me go! Y/N! NO! YOU PROMISED ME YOU WEREN'T GONNA RISK YOUR LIFE FOR ME!" Spinel shouted. Y/n chuckled. "I did didn't I? Fuck I'm sorry! You are just to important! I can't risk losing you too!" ------------ Steven and Y/n have been childhood friends since her Aunt moved to beach city to save Y/n from her Mother. Ever since they became best friends, Y/n has been there for Steven for everything. Y/n was there for Steven in every Gem incident. After Jasper stopped attacking the crystal gems, Y/n as tried to get Jasper's good side. In other cases, when Spinel attacked earth, y/n wasn't there because of family reasons. So after the diamonds took her in, Spinel hasn't been feeling to good with them but she doesn't admit it. After an incident Jasper and Y/n take a visit to home-world. Jasper was just supposed to be a guard for Spinel and so was Y/n, but with the meeting with Y/n and Spinel..a whole new feeling over come them two. (Btw this y/n is based of my other spinel fanfic "promise" but I wanted to make another fanfic. Also spinel loves you for you. She doesn't care about your appearance) Started: December 17, 2021Complete
Elastic Hearts
It was tough work healing all of Beach City. From the land to the settlements, all that was wrecked has now been rebuilt stronger and better than ever. But despite the prosperity, Steven misses Spinel more than he'll ever admit. Eventually, he's had enough and decides to go visit her on Homeworld. The question is though, is this feeling due to being separated from a new friend or is it fact something much deeper? Steven must find out soon because no adventure for him is without conflict and some such conflict is lurking around waiting to strike when he least expects it. Disclaimer: I do not own Steven Universe or any of its characters.Complete
☆A Gem's Best Friend!☆ Spinel x puppy reader
ah, it's been several months since you've last seen your master. no matter how hard you looked, you couldn't find em. once you reach 4 months of age, it doesn't take long for you to realize the gravity of your situation. it hurt but you decide to power through it. besides, beach city isn't too bad. especially when that Steven person established peace across the world, you should manage better. besides, it's not like you're gonna be alone for much longer. --------- come on, you know this was gonna happen eventually. nearly everybody has fallen in love with this emotionally damaged bubblegum baby. including me. I think it's fitting she find a companion, like her. Steven Universe doesn't belong to me. Cover does however.Complete

*just wanna see Spinel blush. But is that angst I see?* Spinel gets what Steven meant now "are you sure? They're not exactly the easiest to get along with." She just wanted someone to play with, not stare and laugh at her and expect her to roll over like a dog. Takes place during SU future, but it won't be that relevant as at the time of starting this story only five episodes have been releasedComplete
