If I stay (equestrian version)

Ariel is a girl who loves horses. She has been riding horses ever since she was two years old. One day she somehow fell off the horse when it reared up on its hind legs. She was wearing a helmet but that didn't stop her from going into a coma. When her boyfriend found out he decided that he should go see how she is doing. Some time later she wakes up and spends the rest of her life with her boyfriend.
