A helpful guide to Greek mythology including the primordials, titans, gods, goddesses, monsters, heroes and more! Things to note about this story is that since I'm writing about real historical mythology, there is of course many, many, different variations, retellings and plots in existence for each one of the myths so I will do my best to comment on and add in variations when necessary, though in some cases I may just stick with the most common, my favorite or the most historically accurate depictions! "If this is just the original myths can't I just go on Theoi?" The Girl that Hades called Persephone
Unedited story* 21-year-old Persephone(who actually goes by Steffi since no one can spell or say her name correctly) is starting college. She's is finally two hours away from her overbearing mother, and able to live on her own. The first day, as she's walking through the forest, she meets a stranger on the bench. Dark hair, bright eyes, her stomach filled with butterflies. She was drawn to the stranger that sat on the bench. Connecting to him, they soon see each other more and more. Little did she know, it's the God of the underworld, and he's falling in love with her every second of the day. This is the story of Hades and Persephone. (I honestly didn't think people were going to read this story, so I am slowly going back and editing each chapter! Hades and Persephone
Persephone has already been kidnapped by Hades, her unwanted and unexpected suitor. Demeter has already cast a famine on all the humans in her grief. Hades struggles to win Persephone over...but perhaps Persephone has always been meant to be with him, and she wasn't an innocent as she was thought she was... Moderate explicit parts. *not finished* "Look, Persephone, you're a reasonable Goddess, more reasonable than most. You have to understand I was not born the Lord of the Underworld. The title was appointed to me because I was the unlucky one. My job is just as important as my brother's jobs. I wasn't selected because of my cruel ways but now because of the way people speak of me and fear me now I am the cruel one whether or not I like it.
