A young orphaned boy wakes up in an alternate world and gets tasked to defeat a dark wizard who has wrecked havock in the land and heal the hearts of those that the dark wizard broke. As his journey continues, the boy makes enemies, friends and even family that either help him accomplish his fate or make it more troubling.
....And the boy finally figures out what happened to his mother.
