Annabeth is a lucky girl. She lives in a well sized home with her supportive family members. What happens when she meets Percy, a boy who seems to have nothing to his name and lives on the wrong side of the tracks with his parents (or so he says).
Percy isn't a lucky boy. He lives in a ratty apartment with his alcoholic stepfather who isn't very, gentle. He meets Annabeth and promises to himself to keep her safe and out of his problems. Watch them grow from naΓ―ve children to anxious high schoolers
