"Light in the Dark" is a story about a young black male who is starting his 9th grade year in high school. His Pops Passed aways from police brutality which causes him Mother to constantly drink and smokes with different mean men each week, sometimes month, as it is he who is left to take care of his little sister. Then he meets this dashing aka annoying young girl who he eventually befriends. He turns to writing and his pops wise word when he is down, But will that be enough? Read if you DAREEEE
