I wrote this short story for my english class so it's a little raw. The assignment was to write a small story about nine/eleven with us being a part of the event. This is from my point of view and I wasn't really a part of 9/11 haha. I got full marks for it so I'm hoping y'all like it ! :) BACKGROUND ON 9/11: 9/11 happened on September 11th 2001 (hence "9/11"). The Al Qaeda terrorists hijacked three planes and flew them into the two World Trade Centers (commonly known as the "Twin Towers") and the Pentagon. The Al Qaedas also hijacked a fourth plane, but when the passengers found out what was happening they over ran the terrorists and decided to fly the plane into an open field in Shanksville Pennsylvania instead of letting the hijackers crash into their target; which is believed to have been the White House. In total 2998 people died that day, in Al Qaeda's attempt to "wake up American citizens".

'Bad Boys Ain't Good But Good Boys Ain't No Fun.' "Don't look, but it's the king of being horny behind you." I automatically looked behind me, making Autumn scoff at me. She shook her head. "Ace Ford." Autumn's face retorted in disgust. "Every girl's 'dream guy'." Her fingers made quotation marks. "Let me just tell you Jane, that boy is disgusting." Ace leaned against the railing of the bleachers. He pushed his dark brown hair back and smirked as he talked to one of the blonde cheerleaders. "How so?" I questioned, turning back towards her. She raised an eyebrow. "Just look at the guy, doesn't he just scream 'I won't have sex with you and immediately ditch you unless you have dubble D's and the IQ of a goldfish?'" "He can't be that bad." I said, causing her to snort. ___________ Warning: Very Mild cursing. That's why I'm making it PG13 guys. Read at own risk. Betrayal
"As I was walking home, a Lamborghini pulls up to me unexpectedly. Twisters got out of the car like ants and walked up to me. "Why were you talking to Ava?" Jayden asks as he rubs his fingers through his sharp blade. I say nothing and shrugged. They look at me and their anger increased. "Answer me. Why were you talking to Ava?" He repeats. "Don't know. Don't care." I say carelessly. What was wrong with me? They could literally take me out in a heartbeat, and no one would ever know. Jayden balls up his fists and makes a punching gesture. "You won't answer me? Fine. You're dead meat now, brother." He says and smiles as he runs toward me. I didn't have time to think and just ran really fast to home. Please let this nightmare be over with! I didn't have time to run home and they eventually caught up to me. They cornered me and Jayden slashes his blade on my cheek. I screamed in pain. I was already dumb enough to try to talk back to Twisters and was now dumb-founded to be cornered by them. "Stop!..." I finally muttered. They laughed and Jayden held me up by my shirt. "Do you seriously think I'll just let you go that easily?" He says and chuckles." *INSPIRED BY THE OUTSIDERS* Shout out to my math teacher because she wanted to be included! Highest ranked- #10 in action 2/16/2017 A promotion. That's all I wanted. I didn't want to run for my life. I didn't want to be kidnapped. I didn't want to face death. I didn't want to find out my whole life was a lie. I just wanted a bloody promotion. Guess fate had other plans? **** The cold air fanned over my face as I opened the door. The exit door lead to the back of the building so it was pitch black. I leaned against the wall trying to control myself. Blood was running down my arm and head. My hair was stuck to my face from all the sweat and blood. Everything was spinning around me and the ground seemed like it was shaking. Groaning I sat down and put my head on my knees. He knows who I am. He knows how I look like. He knows where I work so possible knows where I live. I am not safe anymore... no where. While I was in my own world I heard faint sounds behind me but I didn't bother to look or run away. The footsteps got closer and I was pretty sure it was Walker's men. I should run. I should try to fight. But what's the point in trying to run away? He would eventually find me and if he has his way he would most likely kill me. If this is my fate then why am I trying to fight it? I felt someone harshly grab my waist and pull me up and I complied. They dragged me down the alley and into the busy street. I heard the opening of a car and the next thing I knew I was being thrown into a car. My head hit the hard leather seat and the door shut behind me. Maybe this is how my life will end. Maybe I should just let it happen. Maybe I was destined to die alone as a no one. With that I let the darkness consume me.Complete

Luna is forced to weigh experience and love, and moral and duty. Also, when her past and all her locks and chains begin to loosen how will Luna react, and more importantly, how will the world react?Complete
