When Penny was destroyed at the Vytal festival, her remains lingered for awhile before they had been collected to be brought back to her creator. In this time a virus had begun to make its way through the many atlas drones and equipment posted in Vale that turned them against the people they were made to protect. Parts from some of these drones were taken to the greatest scientist atlas had to offer, the creator of Penny to see if he could learn to improve the atlas drones in case of future events of a similar calibre. What came next no one could truly expect.

He wore a red cloak with hood that covered his face completely and had a giant scythe as a weapon. He called himself 'Red reaper' and was fighting against all the criminals. And there was 16 years old Weiss Schnee, second princess of Atlas. To tell you the truth she wasn't a scared little princess waiting for her prince in shining armor to save her, like in fairy tales. During Jaune's studies, Jaune receives a call from his mother Juniper informing him of the Black Arms supplying the White Fang with weapons and tech stolen from Arcadia at the harbor in the city of Vale along with the dangerous Bioweapon the G-Virus, so Jaune was sent to the harbor to stop them along with Lily as the two would meet up with Roman near the harbor. But unknown to them, they were followed by Ruby who overheard the conversation and had followed them and to assist them in taking care of the Black Arms and stop their plans all while making sure that their friends don't get themselves killed due to vigilantism, and while that was happening, Camilla making big plans that can spell doom to the whole world.
