Izuku Midoriya is a boy that has gone through hell and back. He was bullied for not having a quirk all through middle school by his "best friend" Katsuki Bakugo. Then out of the blue, he gained a quirk. His quirk is called "Emotional Damage". It isn't as bad as it sounds. It just means that when someone is faced with torture or something similar to it you will gain a quirk. It's pretty rare so he doesn't use it much.
