The Way It Should Be: Daryl and Connie, A Donnie Story
I haven't written a fanfic story in about nine years. However, I have become a bit frustrated and impatient waiting for a conclusion to this romance and war on The Walking Dead. So, I decided to write a conclusion. None of the characters are my property or creation, but the property of AMC. Just borrowing them for recreational purposes. This one-shot or story or whatever you want to call it contains sexual, violent, and other offensive language that I can think of. The story picks up in the middle of the Whisperer war. Our heroes have fled to Oceanside while Connie is trying to find her way back to her friends and family. Some things and events I have changed, but the changes are few. 'I turned around and saw a creeper standing directly behind me, tilting his head to take a bite of my neck. It's breath was putrid, their crooked teeth stained orange from the feeding of animals. I grabbed my knife out of my boot and sliced it's throat. It stumbled back and came at me again. I poised the knife in my hand and forced it into its bloodshot eye. The end of the world
Bella, she has a hard past, with her religious family, abusive father and so much more. So she runs away and lives on her own. One day she witnesses these doctors make this concoction that turns people into zombies. After she witnessed that her while life along with the while world changed. she needs to figure out how to survive in this new world. After being on her own for some time, she comes across people. Which is hard for her considering she never was able to be around people. Shes not a people person. Shes a closed off, strong willed, lone wolf.
