I'll never forget you was Sakusa last words to Atsumu after finding out that Atsumu had a disease that hindered him from playing volleyball but Atsumu being him that didn't stop him which lead him to be stuck in the hospital after all. Even after multiple people telling him to stop one was Sakusa... Sakusa and Atsumu where high school sweetheart but broke up after a misunderstanding. When college came they had to face each other again. And despite what Atsumu thought getting back together. But now there is a new challenge in there relationship. Atsumu's health conditions him being diagnosed with long QT syndrome and haveing Sakusa go through with another break up but this time they won't be getting back together...
