The first time New felt like throwing up was when he was 16.  

Sunflowers were so beautiful even when they were covered in blood. They were still so beautiful even when he was dying because of them. They were beautiful because he knew who they were for. Beautiful yet so painful.

This is caused by the patient dealing with unrequited love, it happens rarely and only with true love.. It's not just about dying 'cause of love. It's a brutal torture day by day.
