Some time ago, I happen to stumble across this very odd movie about warfare in a futuristic setting which I liked a lot. Some of the terms are included here and some has been added by me. I did add some of my personal touch to the story, but the main characters are basically the same as in the movie. The names, of course, had been altered since I saw the movie only once about 14-16 years ago.Complete

He was sent home due to the alleged endangerment of his fellow soldiers; however, this granted him some immunity. His home was in a small town that was populated by no more than 30 people, and nearby was a cryogenics testing facility in the form of a vault. The company that owned it, Vault-Tec, was a government-funded organisation that worked to find ways to preserve human life in the case of global disaster: environmental, nuclear, or otherwise. Due to Y/N's service history, he was allowed into the vault during the nuclear warhead exchange between America and China, and that's where our story starts.
