Creek has everything that you'd ever want in the life of a deer. That is until tragedy strikes and Creek is separated from the rest of his family, believed to be dead. But the only thing is....that he isn't. In his attempts to find his last remaining family member again, he finds something that changes everything.

Change in Life
Blake never wanted much in life, purely because he did not receive a lot to begin with. School brought him down and his father's enthusiastic hunting separated his heart from his family. COMPLETED STORY The agony is like nothing I have ever felt before, I slide in and out of consciousness, I feel the strange sway of the two legged's walk as I am being carried through the woods, I wish to call out to my mate but I am weakened by the torments cast upon me. I have been laid down in the cold snow and my tormenter is digging in the frozen earth, I once again lose consciousness. The next time my eyes flutter open I have cold snow mixed with frozen dirt being thrown on my throbbing frame. I'm not sure what is going on. I'm freezing, hurt, and confused. I rouse to strange smells that are new to me, I'm colder than ever and something is definitely missing. I attempt to stand but immediately fall onto a fur covered ground, wait, fur... Where is my fur?!? Where did my tail go? Why do my paws look bare and have moving sticks coming out of them? Who stretched my legs out? What in tarnation happened to my fur? I guess that would explain why I'm cold. I begin to take in my surroundings, I am in a dead tree shelter but it looks completely different, there is a fire crackling near me but it does little to warm my bare skin, I'm startled by the sound of laughter, I look over and see a two legged is staring at me with a hint of humor in his eye. "You are very confused. I found you almost dead in a non descent grave. You were shot and bruised. I brought you here and made some... changes. It was the only way I could save you." The stranger explains. I don't really understand what he is saying, all I know is I want my fur back.Complete
My Woods
'"What are you doing here?!" I scolded. "What are you doing here?!" Hunter said. "You didn't answer my question!" I said to him. He looked at me and I knew what was coming next. He suddenly turned from furious to comforting. "What's is this place?" He whispered and opened his arms. I examined him cautiously before breaking and running into his arms. I cried against his strong build. He stroked my hair and whispered repetitively, "Its ok. I'm here now. Don't worry. I'm all yours."' Everyone has to start somewhere. My life started without a dad. People change their minds and people make mistakes. My mom did just that when she left me at four years old with my Great Aunt Lorie. I know where my mom lives, but I wish I didn't. Don't get me wrong, I still love her to death, but sometimes...forgiveness...is hard to give out...to everyone. 'I jumped over the river that I had never crossed before. I heard my mom calling my name behind me, but I ignored her. Tears streamed down my face. Now, on the other side of the river, I was in a forest, jumping over logs and fallen tree trunks, pushing leaves out of my face. I stopped when I finally felt fully isolated. I sat down on a small rock and cried and cried and cried. I guess this is where I will stay for now. I guess these are just my woods for now. Just my woods for now.'Complete

The Darkness of Beasts and Men
This is a short story about a young man and an incident he (somewhat) overcomes. This is a werewolf story, yes, but not a cliche-d one I hope, as it includes much more unhappiness and gore and such. There is no swearing, no nasty in-bed stuff, but there is gore. I mean, animal-mauling-blood-everywhere gore. Sorry, but in a werewolf reality, it would be rather dark and disturbing. If you do not like those things, please do not read for your own sake. Other than that, mild humor included. No idea if I'm going to write another story with the same sort of people or not, so I will get back to you later about that. Anyways, have fun and good luck.
