The Descendent

"I beg! Please stay with me! It is too much for me to bear!" She screamed loudly.

"Maybe in another life, another time, my love." She said in a raspy voice.

"We live in a cruel world. There.. is no salvation for you and I. We were damned from the very start, my love."

She had allowed these wet droplets to fall out of her eyes and run down her burning red cheeks.

"But, I'd gladly fall to hell's pits with you, my queen."

Scattered bodies.

Blood everywhere.

What a cruel world.

One heart beat left to pound in this empty and deserted castle all alone.

This empty castle where if u even so exhaled it'd echo.

A scream echoed throughout the castle.

A pain filled scream that no one would be able to bear.

As if a bird had lost its nest, its eggs, she had lost her home.

And its queen.
