It's New Year's Eve and everyone is shopping for food, water and party decorations. During that night, lights are out and everyone is trapped in the mall. It seems to assume that Dr. Eggman was the one behind all this and he also added the escape room situation and it will only be over at midnight.

Sonic and the gang must help others and themselves find a way out or they'll never celebrate New Year's Eve!
