Lily Martin seems to be an ordinary girl; She smiles, talks to everyone, and is funny and smart. What people don't know though, is that her family life is not so ordinary. Her mother is an abusive alcoholic, and her step-father is no better. Lily is so confused, and when she can't take the madness anymore, she goes to her best friend Marcie Hall for help and safety, but when even she can't help Lily, thank goodness One Direction was there to save the day, and maybe even Lily's life.... Now, Lily is faced with not only her hard home life, but with the struggles of teenage love - something she has never encountered before. Can Lily learn to cope with her past and start a new life?
