On October 31st, 1981 Dumbledore brought Rose Estelle Potter to the doorstep of the Dursleys house with nothing more than a blanket and a letter explaining what had happened. He assumed the Dursleys would raise Rose until it was time for her to come to Hogwarts and defeat Voldemort for the second time. Little did he know, Bellatrix Lestrange had followed him to the Dursleys, curious as to what he would do with little rose. She decided to take Rose and raise her as her own, so that the threat against her master would be subdued. She had always wanted a child that she could teach and mold into the perfect wizard, and that child became Cordelia Arwen Black.

Harry Potter: Heir of the Dark Lord
The First Wizarding War ended after news of Tom Riddle aka Voldemort had been defeated by an infant named Harry James Potter on October 31st, 1981, causing many witches and wizards to celebrate as peace had finally returned in the Wizarding world only for rumors to somehow emerge about a prophecy that talks about a child of Voldemort and Bellatrix Lestrange. The prophecy stated that the dark lord's heir would one day rise to become the most powerful dark wizard in history and usher in a new age of darkness that would bring an end to the wizarding world and the muggle world. When this rumor came out, it caused many to panic, and others to try and hunt down the child, only to fail as no one not even the Ministry of Magic with all their power and resources could locate him or know what he looked like. The child whose name was Noctis Rigel Arcturus Black, lived in 12 Grimmauld Place with his great-aunt Walburga Black. He was taught every form of magic ranging from normal magic to the dark arts when he was 4 years old. He also had a high altitude for knowledge and spell-casting and was also born gifted with three abilities, two were considered very rare, one was Seer and the second Parseltongue, and the third was called Legilimency. When she learned about his abilities she was extremely happy and wasn't going to let the opportunity of having a member of the Black family who was born with three rare magical powers go to pass. She wrote in her will that she would leave everything to her great-nephew including 12 Grimmauld Place, the Black family vault, and the family elf Kreacher, before dying in 1985, leaving Noctis to reside in the house alone for his own safety for most of his life from the Ministry of Magic until he turns 11 when the headmaster of Hogwarts arrives changing his life forever. Verena - to fear, to respect, Khalida- deathless, and Phoebe- moon of saturn. When she was 5, she learned about magic. When she was 7, she became a queen of two different kingdoms. She went through her creature inheritance at the age of 8 because of the abuse she had from her aunt and uncle. She is respected by every kind of creature she comes by, and she respects them. She claimed her titles other than her queen titles when she was 11. What will she do when her brother starts to see what has happened and how blind he has been?
