Even with the newfound peace that has come across France, Richelieu and the Iris Libre often find themselves butting heads with Jean Beart and the Vichya Dominion, sometimes to the point of trading a shell or two. Both sides have come to realize one thing though- if they're going to continue down whatever path they have planned they need more purely human interpretations, more namely they needed a commander to help guide them.
Jacque of the French Navy has made a name for himself as a fearsome warrior of the seas, and he has just been promoted to the rank of commander. He's more than ready to command his first fleet, and his battle history has attracted the attention of Richelieu and Jean Bart. Unsurprisingly the two sisters try everything they can to convince the new commander that one side is better than the other, and he quickly realizes he's becoming the rope for a rather painful tug-of-war. If he can't make up his mind the two battleships might just end up tearing him apart in their attempts to recruit him...
