The best thing to do was to sleep over it. That always helps. I convinced myself that the feeling will recede. After all, it was just a perfectly sculpted, chiseled guy whose dimples made him look divine, a guy who ran really well with hazel eyes. I could definitely get over him, just a regular guy I told myself. Nothing special.
Sleeping didn't help much. When I checked my phone in the morning I realized that the guy I was trying to get over was trying to get over me. He had sent me a follow request. I immediately panicked even though there was no need to.
