A collection of poems, thoughts and outburst that I have written in hopes to reassure those who are unsure about living, each piece is about a certain aspect of my life and as a person who struggles with both emotional and mental health issues I want to use this platform to help others with their disorders and to help society understand that mental and emotional health is important. I will put it out that this book starts off as being a very dark book and gradually grows into a much happier space. ---------------------------------- Trigger warning ⚠️ Ideas of suicide and self harm are mentioned ⚠️ I also talk heavily on personal experiences with racial slurs, beauty standards, lack of self-esteem, abuse, bullying and many other things. I am doing this as an outlet, I do not expect any likes, shares, followers, etc. Please don't copy or take my work as your own, everything I have written has come from experiences in my life and I would be grateful if it wasn't stolen, much appreciated xx ---------------------------- If anyone has any ideas for names of poems or ideas for poetry please don't hesitate to let me know.
