Summary:

In the start of his career as Emergency Call Operator, Corporal Hong Joochan has always believed that with his incredible ability to hear the softest and furthest sound, he will succeed with a bright future ahead.

Unfortunately, he received a call that changed his life forever. A call that he wished he was proficient in his ability because if he did, he would have saved that poor woman's life.

He also would not have been marked down by the most feared detective, Choi Sungyoon.
