Alyx was a 16 year old male, and his 'state', if that's what you wanna call a huge, walled town, was preparing for something.
Something huge. A scientist with unknown files had made a syrum to turn a human into an immortal god.
But it went backwards instead.
It turned people into various shaped and sized zombie-like creatures.
Which fed on humans.
And Alyx had been training in the military, specifically made for fighting those things.
After a year or so, he made it to the Military Scouts, which would exit the wall on mission kinda things.
And risk death.
The creatures ranged from 5 meters tall to around 40 meters tall.
But after a month of priests continuing to admire how the wall would always protect them...
It stopped protecting them.

This is the first time I've written a story like this, however I feel that I should explain some plot points since I did try to stick as close to the anime canon as possible but there are a few things I'd like to clear up first. Another thing I wanted to point out is that I know that the scouts didn't live in the abandoned castle until after they got Eren in the Survey Corps however I set the story there the majority of the time since I have no clue where they lived before and this is my story so I'll do what I want XD. I'm going to write for a female reader since it should be easier for me to write for this story that way, but I plan on doing more gender neutral stories in the future if this goes over well. This will only be rated 18+ near the end (Like literally only in the last chapter) as I mostly want to focus on the relationship the reader forms with Levi and I don't want my first story to be pure smut.
