Ray rolled her eyes and grabbed Isla by her throat before pinning her to the wall. Isla let out a short gasp as she felt the rings on Ray's fingers pressing against her neck in a way Isla couldn't help but love.

Ray tilted her head to the side some in sort of a mocking way before smirking at her girlfriend who was defensive under her grasp. "Still hate me baby?" She whispered and Isla mentally groaned as she nodded her head yes with a lie.

The best decision I ever made was when I moved to paradise nine years ago. I've met and entertained many beautiful women while living here in Hawaii, with those women changing what I first thought would be paradise and making it to be more of an erotic heaven. I love women, and I love satisfying them. But the only way they make it to my bed is if they're tourists. Why? Because there are no ties, no feelings hurt, no strings attached, and I'll never see them again-just pure innocent sex satisfying both our needs. Now I'm on an airplane, going back to the one place I always said I would never step foot in ever again. Las Vegas. All because Vegas is where my best friend wants to have his bachelor party. Just because I'm not happy to be back in my hometown doesn't mean I can't have fun, right? After all, I can still do what I've been doing in Hawaii here in Vegas as there are always tourists roaming the casinos. Before my friends and I hit the casino, I made a thousand-dollar bet with my best friend that I couldn't land a woman in my bed before we returned to Hawaii-a bet I want no part of after meeting who I did. That bet will come to haunt me after we get back home, especially when we cross paths at my best friend's wedding. I was happy to see her, but she wasn't too pleased to see me, and let's just say somewhere I screwed up because my face not only saw her fist once, but it saw it twice. She just lit the fire in me, and I never thought I'd say this, but I guess my entertaining women days are over because right now, there's only one woman who I want to chase, and that's Leilani. Three years ago, Remi Lavigne lost her wife to tragic circumstances, leaving her to raise their children alone as she tends to her giant corn, wheat and dairy farm. Feeling as though she's fallen short of what her wife always dreamed, she's dedicated herself to making sure the children have everything they'd ever want or need. Although with her busy schedule, taking the time to watch the sprouts bloom hasn't been her top priority. She knows she has to do better, but what she hadn't accounted for was the arrival of her new au pair to spark sensations within herself that she's held back since her wife's passing. Devon Yamada was born in Texas and spent her first six years there until her father's job took him back to his home country of Japan. Now as a full grown biracial adult, she's ready to go home. Unable to have children of her own, she's dedicated herself to becoming the best caregiver to them since she was only fifteen and now as an adult, she's ready to put her skills to the test. Where better to start than just outside of her birthplace of Fort Worth, Texas? Finally home for the first time in almost two decades, she's ready for her life to truly begin. What she hadn't anticipated was just how stirring her new employer is with her stern disposition, yet kind eyes. After only a short while, Remi can already see changes in her children. Primarily in her son as he finally speaks to someone aside from his older sister for the first time in literal years. Her hope is beginning to restore and it may all be due to Devon, though this wasn't something she expected. Devon has a way of seeing straight through her at every opportunity. Drawn in by the beguiling allure they both share, Devon can also feel herself changing. ⚠️Trigger Warning: This novel contains depictions of grief and child development. ⚢ Lesbian/Queer Romance with Mature Content 📚 We're nearly done! !!!My novels are completely off-limits to any adaptations and if plagiarized, you will be rep

Update: The story is finished so to speak but I will be adding 3-4 happy, fluffy epilogues so please stay tuned for that! This is my way of saying goodbye to a show and characters that have really meant something to me. For a lot of queer folks who grew up with a vacuum of affirming, non-toxic queer content there is still a teenager inside of us that is so hungry. Especially if you are bisexual: This is for you. This is my take on what happens after the series ends. It spans many years and I will be flashing backward and forward. Future events will be written in present tense. Past events will be written in past tense. And the present? Well... it's a mystery! This is a long journey. THERE IS A LOT OF ANGST. They have to cope with their own baggage, grow up a lot and learn to communicate. There is sex. The characters evolve over time. No one dies. I wanted to write Casey as non-binary but didn't feel like I had the life experience to do that adequately so I lean into her bisexuality instead (since I do know about that.) *** I just watched an amazing conversation Brigette had with Paperboy Prince about gender. Please check it out. Here's the link: https://vimeo.com/630570909 I do not own these characters.
