26 year old Aubrey Dawson finds herself living an ordinary, mundane life as a lawyers assistant in the heart of Atlanta. After deciding she needs a much needed vacation she heads out into the wilderness for a good old fashioned camping trip, right in the midst of the world ending unbeknownst to her. She soon finds herself face to face with the monsters that now inhabit the earth, her attempts of survival she stumbles upon a group we all know too well. Join us in this adventurous story about a young woman trying to find her place in this new world of both the living and the undead. With new friends, enemies and potential lovers this journey will certainly leave you on the edge of your seat wondering what's going to come next
This is my first Fanfic so please be patient with me and if you enjoy it awesome! If you have any constructive criticism that is always appreciated but if you set out just to be rude then guess what... I could give two__. I will try my hardest to update as often as I can.
I do not own any of the rights to the walking dead only to my OCs and original content I add to it.
I will be sticking to the main story line as much as I can but will be adding in a few filler chapters to enhance my own storyline for this already amazing story.

If you read this: please do not skip around. Just because the chapter looks interesting doesn't mean you skip the 'boring' ones. She lived in Atlanta with her childhood friend, Glenn, and had never once left the city after she had moved there, apart from the occasional visit to see her Mother, whom was hospitalised in another state.
